Timer countdown

Optimize your meeting time by breaking up your retrospective into different stages and using the timer to keep track of where you should be.

To start the timer

• Select your board by clicking on it in the "Dashboard" tab
• Click on the clock icon on the right
• Choose the number of minutes
• Click create

Once the board owner starts the timer, all participants will be able to see the countdown.

Example breakdown:

• Intro and setting agenda: 5-10 Minutes
• Adding cards: 5-10 minutes
• Ordering your board: 2 minutes
• Voting and commenting on cards: 3 minutes
• Discussion 30-40 minutes
